Get Brad Pitt Abs - Without Sit-ups

Have you always wanted to get those 'Brad Pitt Abs', but never known how to go about it? Has that swanky new gadget you bought promised a lot, but not given any results? Well the New Year brings with it a new opportunity to get off your backside and do something about it.

You will be placed in the category of hundreds of others ready to do the same thing. Workout plans will be prepared and you will be motivated in January but by February many will have reverted back to their old habits. This is largely due to the fact that most people don't plan a program that is suited to them. How about getting a Brad Pitt six-pack without even doing a single sit up?

Now that I have your attention maybe you would like to know a little more?

First let me tell you that this is not a promotion of any latest machine which will magically make your abs perfect. Because the very basic point is that these machines Do Not Work at all! Rockers, Abs loungers and busters are made to do only one thing, get money out of your wallet. They do that work very well, but do little for your muscles.

You must know where your abs are! You can exercise your abs until you are blue in the face and still not have Brad Pitt abs. The reason is these muscles are covered by a layer of fat and no one can see them!

The distribution of weight across the various parts of the body is based on a combination of genetics and the nasty habits that an individual has. It is important to have regular cardiovascular workouts to burn off those extra calories that you consume daily. Once you plan out a good exercise routine, and begin to lose you're excess fat you can then start to work on your abs to get them as toned as you want.

Just to summarize, keep the following in mind, its always healthy to eat less and exercise more. It helps to eliminate the excess fats stored in your body. Don't ever get lured into buying those fancy ab machines that promise six pack abs in a designated time frame. They just make your wallet lighter! Include cardiovascular exercise in your routine to lose fat and gain your six pack abs.

Once you are on the road to removing the fat you will then "find" your abs and be able to work on them, if they need it.

Just to recap, you need to eat less and exercise more. Forget doing ab exercises to lose the fat and create killer abs; it will not work. Throw away all the gizmos you have bought or better yet sell them on eBay to all the other guys out there about to make New Year's resolutions and get ready to find your Brad Pitt abs the easy way!
