We all want to lose weight quickly and naturally, right? Many people have said that losing weight is extremely difficult, and this is true, if you don't know the right way! By that I mean knowing the easiest and most effective ways of burning fat! Most experts suggest dieting as a fat loss solution; however we all know that dieting is depressing and unappealing.

But the minute you start eating regularly again, you will put on all the weight that you lost, if not more!

In truth, the human body is designed to fight against any form of starvation. In the good old days, when you went without food for a while, your body would store fat deposits in order to survive. Nowadays, we usually have more than enough to eat, but some things don't change, including our bodies!

The rule still remains same: if you starve yourself, your body will think that it is starting to die. It will then take the necessary steps to survive: it will slow down your metabolism and store fat as emergency calorie reserves used for fuel! This is the reason why most dieters will regain any weight they do lose as soon as they return to their regular eating schedule!

If anyone tries to tell you that eating is the sole cause of weight gain, and that you should severely limit what you eat, I can tell you for sure that they are wrong. You'll definitely gain weight if you DON'T eat! But you have to eat right; you can't just load up on cookies, cake, and McDonalds and expect to lose fat.

2. People often mistake how often they should be eating each day. Well in order to speed up your metabolism you need to eat frequently throughout the day. But make good decisions in what you choose to eat. In other words, stay away from fast foods and sugary snacks. Also, separate your larger meals into smaller meals and spread them out over the course of your day.

Most people do eat three large meals a day. This will cause your metabolism to slow down and body fat to increase! The best way to eat is as I said above, separate the larger meals into smaller meals and eat every couple of hours.
