It can grow up to 9m. tall, and has large, simple dark green shiny leaves. The fruit is first green, but after ripening it turns yellow then almost white.

The noni fruit has many health benefits. It is an excellent source of carbohydrates and dietary fiber. The fruit also is a great source of vitamins, including vitamin C, and Niacin. It should be noted that the noni fruit is high in potassium, which can be beneficial to some people, however can be detrimental to others.

What is it about this plant, and its juice, that is causing all the fuss? Well the biggest claims are that noni juice could cure, treat or even prevent disease. Some claim says that the Tahitian Noni juice has been shown to maintain existing healthy levels of cholesterol.
