Once you have the pile of legs and the pile of pieces that you just found then you can begin coupling the pieces. One leg with one curved piece will be paired. After this is complete you should begin assembling the two pieces which will eventually form the frame of the trampoline. It is important to build the frame correctly since it is the foundation of the trampoline. Hearing the pieces snap together will ensure a strong frame.

Finding people to help with the next step would be nice since it can be difficult to accomplish. Placing the springs on the trampoline and stretching it over the net will take a lot of effort. Why I Love The HJ 720 ITC Pedometer

I know there are quite a few different pedometers available at the moment, but there are a couple of very good reasons why you should pick an HJ 720ITC from Omron.

The first reason is that this is a pedometer that uses a much improved measuring system for determining how much movement actually counts as a pace. In other words, it's brilliant at accurately keeping track of how many steps you've taken.

The pedometer also comes with some special software called the Omron Health Management Package. You install this onto your PC and it allows you to view and manage the data with graphs and charts. It also works with other products from Omron such as their heart rate monitor and their blood pressure monitor. I think this is great for people that want to do more than just keep track of their walking or running progress.

I personally think the memory function is great and I use it to track my progress over the weeks. Also, I didn't realize it initially, but I find doing this actually increases the amount of exercise I do. It's because when I see I haven't done enough exercise, I feel as if I need to make up the difference, so I always do extra the next day. I'm fairly sure I wouldn't do that if I wasn't able to keep track over time.

I was just thinking, I know the Omron HJ 720-ITC is a great gadget for myself, but wouldn't it be a great gift for someone else? Exercise, Build Muscle Up Quickly with HIIT

You've been told a hundred times: it's impossible to build muscle up and melt fat concurrently. You've been told that building muscle involves an increase in calories, while fat burning involves a decrease in calories. This conventional wisdom is based in fact, but the beliefs are being tossed on their ears with research into interval training. The truth is, you can achieve muscle weight gain at the same time as you burn fat if you add interval training to your sessions.

Interval training isn't new, but it's more widely understood, accepted, and practiced in recent years. While traditional cardiovascular activities were considered the only efficient ways to shed weight, and the only acceptable workouts for endurance athletes, high intensity interval training (HIIT) has been shown to be advantageous to athletes in all fields, and for folks with varying goals.

Standard aerobic activity is referred to as "steady state," which essentially means that you work up to a fixed intensity level and continue working out at that level throughout the workout. During the workout, your body gets half of its fuel by burning fat, and gets the rest through oxygen intake, and by tapping into your glycogen and muscle stores.

Interval sessions, conversely, consist of short maximum intensity intervals followed by lower intensity rest periods. HIIT sessions are muscle sparing and are quick, but pack a wallop. A fifteen-minute HIIT session can raise your base metabolism for almost 24 hours, enabling you to continue burning higher levels of fat for up to a day.

In addition to this, because your muscles consume calories during every minute of the day, the more lean mass you have, the more fat you burn, even while you're doing nothing. Because HIIT not only spares your muscle, but also helps you build muscle up, your future fat burning ability is increased.

Develop Awesome Strength with Pull Ups

It's no secret that the pull up is one of the most powerful tools in your strength, back and grip development arsenal. If this is the case, then why can most people only do one, and most likely with a lot of strain? Why do most people avoid pull ups like the plague even though they know the benefits? Most trainees don't do pull ups because they are hard! If you are looking to gain strength, the question is not IF you should include pull ups in your training, but HOW MANY.

Like many body weight training exercises, pull ups are an efficient exercise that incorporates a multitude of muscles during each rep. Few other workouts can hit your upper body and grip strength the way that pull ups can. Try busting a few and you'll find that your arms, shoulders, back, and abs all get hit at once.

All in all, you will develop a strong body by incorporating pull ups, but now the question is, what if you can't even do one!? As the saying goes, if you want to lift more, you have to lift more. If you want to do pull ups, you have to do pull ups. Here's a plan that will get you on your way.

Pavel Tsatsouline, the Russian kettlebell instructor, teaches the Grease the Groove technique to rapidly increase your performance in any exercise. The concept is simple, throughout a long time period, say eight hours, you do as many pull ups as possible by doing numerous sets. So every time you pass the pull up bar throughout a day you do as many reps as you can without going to failure. By the end of the day, you'll have done at least 10 or more pull ups. That's Greasing the Groove.

If you don't have the time or equipment to Grease the Groove throughout a day you can do it during an hour long gym session instead. All you need to do is hit the pull up bar every five minutes or so. At the end of the workout, you'll have completed at least 12 pull ups.

Sculpt A Lean, Hard, Athletic Physique With Only Barbell

I had a subscriber ask this question:

"Is it possible to achieve maximum strength power, knockout fat, sculpt lean muscle and dramatically transform my shape, if I don't have a power rack and I only have access to a barbell? Not even an Olympic barbell, but one of those old crappy cement filled barbell sets"

I know exactly the weights this guy is talking about. I think most of us grew up with them right? They were basically cement weights covered in plastic, and over time the plastic busted up and the cement started to get busted underneath remember?

I guess I'm showing my age :)

Anyhow...

Of course! Why not?! You can absolutely build strength and power with an outdated equipment!

You just need someone to show you how. Luckily you met me. And luckily I just read most of Dan John's awesome "From the Ground Up".

In this outstanding little ebook Dan John explains the "Rapid Ascent Program", which contains three workouts:

1. Power Clean

2. Push Press

3. Front Squat/Press

And here's how you did the program (from his book):

"The program was incredibly simple. In the beginning, groups of four boys were given a bar. The bars were weighted from very lightit could be 25 poundsup to possibly close to 100 pounds. Each group of boys would lift one at a time, put the bar down, then the next boy would lift. The four would continually move from lifter to watcherthe bar never stopped. The three sets (explained in just a moment) would not take very longactually, at times it was hard to catch your breath in time for your next set.

The reps were very simple:

* Set Number 1 -- 8 repetitions

* Set #2: 6 reps

* Third set: 4 repetitions

The goal was easy: as soon as you got the entire 18 repetitions (8+6+4), you added weight. If you started with a bar that was extremely light, the subsequent workout, you would be bumped up to the next weight and a stronger group. (For sure, actual variations could include making a whole new group with more weight, tooor all that necessary to make the group work together)."

Seems easy doesn't it?

That's the beauty of this program!

You don't need a lot of equipment to build strength, muscle and power all while increasing your cardiovascular fitness and burning off pounds of fat.

What you DO need is a little "do or die" attitude. You have to decide you really WANT to achieve your fitness goals, then you'll find a way to use whatever equipment you have available to make it happen.

I enjoy program since it corresponds the DoubleYourGains' philosophy of training movement patterns in place of a bunch of workouts. The Rapid Ascent program has a press move (military press), a pull move (power clean), a squat move (front squat) and an explosive/hamstring move (power clean).

How to carry out the "Rapid Ascent" program for cardio and fat loss:

Coach Dan points out that you could also get a great cardio workout and burn some fat:

"To "hurry up" the trainingas if it was required, there were times when Mr. Freeman advised bringing together the Power Clean and Military Pressesone clean and one press, repeated for a total of eight reps. This was completed with a lighter weight. One could also execute the Front Squats after the clean and presses, too. I have only done this onceand it was an incredible cardiovascular exercise."

Thus if you think you don't have a sufficient equipment to get into top shape and attain your fitness goals you are erroneous. You are erroneous. You are erroneous.

In fact, you don't even need a barbell. You can get underway with the DoubleYourGains' bodyweight program. You can do pullups on your door frame (for extra strong fingers) or just grab the top of a door and go to town (or a tree limb, anything you can hang from, etc) Have faith in me, if THAT workout gets easy for you - you will be a certified STUD.
