The road to attaining a healthy body is not as tough as many people believe it to be. A disciplined routine can give you a healthy body and healthy mind with much less money and more importantly very little free time.

Here are some simple steps you can follow to have a healthy body. First try to control you're eating habits. Your diet plan should consist of morning breakfast, afternoon lunch, and night dinner. Morning breakfast may include fresh vegetable juices, oats and corn flakes.

Lunch should consist of not that much heavy but little bit strength food may be sprouts. Finally dinner should be very minimal consumption may be as fresh fruits and milk. If you take egg the try to eat one egg every day.

"An apple a day keeps the doctor away." Its true, so try having an apple everyday along with the above mentioned diet plan. Besides apples, water is also important. Consume one to two liters of water everyday to cleanse your body and eliminate the impurities.

Next step is having one good sports hobby in your leisure time. It can be indoor or outdoor but usually if it is like a warm up sport then your body will gets strain and have the good toning of body. Try to maintain the hobby on daily basis.

Exercise is another alternative to sports. If you want to exercise rather than follow your favorite sport, try to get the best equipment. Having a gym at home gives you the advantage of planning your schedule well and sticking to it. Besides, if you have the best equipment, you can save time too!

Before setting up your own gym, research well on the best exercise equipment as well as treadmills and bikes. You can also consult an expert instructor and a good dietician and plan you diet and exercise regimen properly. But all these efforts would benefit only if you follow your plan regularly.
