Burn Belly Fat Faster

By Jose Loni

Exercises to burn belly fat help to increase strength and overall fat burning, but there are two other factors that need to be considered as exercises for belly fat burning as well. Those are our diet, what we eat and how often we eat, and the other is the management of our stress levels.

To make our belly fat burn faster, we need to watch what we eat and how often we eat. We should increase our food intake to 5-6 meals throughout the day and make sure we eat a balance of foods rich in protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals. We should avoid processed foods, sodas, cookies and fast food. When we control our food intake, we can better energize our bodies with better fuel and optimize our workouts to burn fat to flatten our stomachs.

The exercises to burn our belly fat should be made up of physical activities that will expend more energy that we take in from the foods we eat. A by-product of increased physical activity is the development and production of strength in the muscles, which causes more metabolic activity to occur. The increased metabolic processes also allow our bodies to burn fat as an energy source, well after our workout is finished.

An increase in our activity level will in turn build muscles for that particular activity, thereby increasing our lean body mass. With the increased muscle development, metabolic processes also increase, which also increases our body's proficiency to burn fat as an energy source even after physical activity.

When our bodies are in a stressful situation, they react by releasing a hormone called Cortisol, which tells our bodies to preserve fat and prepare for an emergency situation. That fat is thereby stored in our stomach area.

Fat accumulation in the stomach area increases the risk of developing high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke and diabetes.

Belly fat burning exercises in addition to diet and stress management will definitely help kick start your system and burn the fat from the belly region. In doing so the results will be longer lasting and more permanent.

To burn belly fat faster, it takes discipline to commit to making changes and monitoring our food intake, increasing our energy expenditure and managing our stress. This formula is just a simple guideline to help us achieve our goal to have a flat stomach. - 15438
