Natural Beauty Secrets of the Rich and Famous

By JoAnne Jackson

I don't know about you but sometimes when I see a picture of a beautiful super model like Cindy Crawford I just have to wonder "has she had work done is she naturally beautiful?"... The thing is, regardless of the answer, the one thing that is true is that they all work hard to maintain their looks using their own natural beauty secrets...

These secrets and tips are all part of their beauty regimes, activities that they usually follow daily... but tips that you can easily adopt and use yourself in your own life...

In fact, their natural beauty secrets could be very similar to what you may already be doing. As you probably know, there are women all over the world that are looking for ways to look like their favourite celebrity or model, seeking out their beauty secrets and hoping to have the same flawless, beautiful skin...

Here are a few of those natural beauty secrets used by famous beautiful women. You might already know of some of these tips but if you don't then why not start using a few of them?

Film beauty Halle Berry says her secret is to cleanse and moisturise her face morning and night. By using a fruit based cleanser packed full of natural acids, she gives herself a natural skin exfoliation. Sounds good and who can argue with the results? For that Halle look why not use her tip yourself?

And Mo'Nique goes for the simple option - water. Yup, simple water that she uses to wah her face with an astringent followed by a good moisturize. Sounds simple...

Victoria Rowell's beauty secret is softening her skin with simple petroleum jelly in the morning and at night. Who would have thought that the humble petroleum jelly could be a celebrity beauty secret!

And what about Lisa Leslie? Well, that beauty says you should use lovely cocoa butter to have smooth soft skin. She also claims that it can remove skin marks too. And talking of cocoa butter, Cindy Braggs recommends using it to remove stretch marks during pregnancy. I like it...

The singer Jody Watley also recommends good old H2O and aerobics but also has a more spiritual tip. She says that she focuses on her body, mind and spirit - making sure that they all get the attention they deserve. That sounds good to me - food for the body and the soul...

You could improve your beauty care plan by adopting one or even all of these natural beauty secrets! Remember, the trick is to try something and if it works, stick to it. - 15438
