Your Guide to Achieve Youthful Skin

By Jody Forsmith

In our daily grind we are exposed to dust, pollution, smoke, sun and so many unwanted particles that it causes the external layer of the skin to be damaged beyond repair. Here the natural process of the skin comes into play called exfoliation, which means that the top layer called epidermis is shed and the a new layer from beneath emerges to become the top layer.

The exfoliation products in the market are designed to give this process a little bit of acceleration. These skin care exfoliating creams use the natural process of the skin but speed up the process in such a way that exfoliation happens when you want and not when the natural process happens over time.

All sorts of companies which promise youthful skin actually do the same thing which is exfoliation with the difference that they make sure that your old skin is replenished with new skin skin by the sue of chemicals as well as non chemical additives.

The dead skin is removed using the Salicylic acid. Yougurt as well as honey is added otherwise the acid alone will be very very abrasive.

The next best thing that you need to do is have the toner and the mositurizer handy when it comes to applying an exfoliation cream and the reason is simple because of the fact that exfoliation cream will cause some irritation while applying and that will be handled by the moisturizer very well.

Water is the best skin care treatment for you. There is nothing which is a cure for old skin apart from having the skin taken care of by natur. What that means is that skin has to be totally taken care of the person himself.

Nothing can beat exercise and excellent dietary habits when it comes to skin care. What that means is that prevention is better than cure. And for that to happen you should have a daily routine for exercise which will help the skin breathe.

Make sure that you do not assume that creams especially exfoliating creams is the only option but nature by itself has its own of taking care of the skin. - 15438
