Dropping weight can be a difficult undertaking. At sometime in your endeavors, you might have been tempted to purchase the newest diet pill on the market being touted as a "miracle" and discovered that it didn't have the effect you were looking for. 4. Drink water. Water won't make you lose weight but it will help to remove toxins and keep your body healthy, in addition to proving energy which you'll need when you exercise.

5. Don't shop hungry You have probably heard this one before. Shopping whilst hungry gives you temptations to buy things that you shouldn't. So try shopping right after lunch or even after diner.
