What should we be drinking?
Well when it comes to what to drink, it is well known that the best thing you can drink is water and lots of it. The reason we need to drink lots of water is because it hydrates our body and flushes all the bad stuff out.
Also it may interest you to know that another reason that it is so important to drink lots of water is because it will fill you up, so drink a big glass of water before a meal and you will eat a lot less. Aim to drink aroud 8 glasses a day.
Eating
I recommend eating atleast 5 small meals a day. The most important meal is breakfast which should never be skipped. Make sure you have a healthy but fulfilling breakfast every morning to stop you from snacking throughout the day.
The reason I say 5 small meals is because you will be drinking a lot of water so you can half what you normally eat in a meal and have 5 small meals a day to keep you from feeling hungry.
What about daily vitamins?
Our body needs the right ingredients to stay healthy and lose weight. Generally by eating healthily we can get enough vitamins but it also a good idea to take some daily vitamins to top ourselves up.
When it comes to taking vitamins I also take acai aswell.
Exercising to lose weight fast.
And lastly the most important thing you can do to lose weight is to exercise everyday. It is recommended to do atleast 30 minutes of light exercise a day but in my opinion that is not enough. Yes at first start off with 30 minutes but do as much as you can. Try doing a 30 minute jog a day if you can, or join the gym. The best thing you can do and the most effective is to go swimming.
Try and get yourself into a routine of doing a 30 minute swim a day at least and before you know it the pounds will be dropping off.
