We have over 100 pieces of exercise equipment including weight machines, stationary and computerized bicycles, Stairmaster machines, treadmills, rowing machines, VersaClimbers, free weights and much more. We also offer wheelchair accessible multi- station weight machine. Our Fitness Center has a locker room and showers. For more information, call 303.797.5853.The most important issues for maintenance are the lubrication and alignment of the running mat. The mat alignment can be adjusted via the adjusting bolts at the back of the treadmill. Exact details are given in your user manual.

Children of any age can use our treadmill and bikes as long as they are directly supervised by their parent (their parent never leaves their side and working on the treadmill or bike right next to them). Recovery time depends on the individual, but usually follows a general pattern. For the first few days, the patients take fairly strong pain medicine, usually a mild narcotic. During this time they generally stay at home, lying down or walking around. Patients cannot drive a car or operate machinery during this time. Near the one-week mark, when they are on milder medicine, they can start light exercise, such as treadmill or stationary bike, but not impact exercises like running or aerobics.All three are an excellent way to strength train.
