Natural Acne Remedies

By Alyssa Aceline

Many people opt to go a natural route when finding a cure for their acne problem. This is due not only to healthy nutrition, but also a cheaper route when compared to rising medical costs.

How often will you see a doctor tell you that medicine is not needed to treat a problem? Very rarely I might say. Then again, how many friends do you have that would recommend popping pills for acne? It can leave you confused.

What are you to do? I suggest you take a plan that includes both elements. Medical treatments could include options such as chemical peels and topical treatments. The natural half would be to watch your nutrition intake and monitor your diet.

You can only do so much for acne. For example, our genes cannot be manipulated as of now and thus, acne affects many people simply because it runs in the family. Control what you can and hope for the best.

A good way to get your day rolling is through a good face scrubbing. By removing the dead skin cells on your face, you are reducing the chance of any future acne building up.

Always remember to keep your skin nice and moist if possible. Dry skin will lead to a buildup of junk over your pores, affecting your acne even more.

Taking a section of skin for analysis you would fine pores, the epidermis, dermis, sebaceous glands, hair follicles, and more.

Acne is only made worse due to sweat buildup throughout the day. Be sure to wash your face before bed each night.

If you wish, look into using Benzoyl Peroxide as well. This cream is used as a cold treatment and helps to get down deep in the pores, freeing them of any clogging.

Foods that contain vitamin B and C help to repair skin which is damaged from acne. They also serve to help reduce the swelling that may occur as a result of many pimples. Keep your nutrition in line and you will keep your acne in line. - 15438
